Fargo 82618 Thermal Transfer Holographic Laminate

Description

Fargo 82618 Lamination (also referred to as overlamination) provides a layer of protection over your printed cards, making them more durable and providing protection from wear and fading.

A Fargo printer with lamination capability is needed in order to use Fargo 82618 lamination.

Fargo card printers require specialized Fargo laminate to function properly. To maximize printed card quality and printer durability, use only genuine Fargo laminate.

The Fargo 82618 laminate can only be used with the Fargo DTC4500, HDP5000 and HDP8500 with single-sided lamination.

When stored under proper conditions, Fargo 82618 laminate ribbons typically have a shelf life of up to one year. Ribbons that are more than a year old, and improperly stored, will not print optimally and will likely end up costing more money and time in maintenance and in reprinting cards.

Note: All HDP5000, DTC4500, DTC4500e and HDP8500 lamination modules utilize a cartridge system to load overlaminate materials. A HDP5000, DTC4500, DTC4500e and HDP8500 single-sided lamination module utilizes only cartridge 1, while a duplex simultaneous lamination module utilizes cartridges 1 and 2.
